Congratulations to the Celtics on winning the 2008 NBA Championship! In this time of celebration, I’m still slightly perturbed by a reoccurring image. This unknown creature, a seamless cross between man and extraterrestrial, still leaves wary NBA fans in awe. Not by his aging talent nor his excessive sideline cheering, but by a physical appearance which simply does not conform to normal standards of… “humanity.” His alias has been widely accepted to be “Sam Cassell”, and though his alleged NBA contract with the Boston Celtics may simply be a hoax or something conjured up by virtue of his supernatural existence, I ask this of you ladies and gentlemen… WHAT IS HE?!
