I’m afraid that spring is around the corner, and the temperatures in Houston are eager to get back into the 90′s. Fortunately, a cold front moved through last night bringing a very breezy Saturday to those who waited, so I tried to be productive in light of the favorable weather.

I spent half an hour installing an EasyWater system with my brother this morning. Coupled with our RainSoft water softener, our pipes, water heater, faucets, etc. should remain in top notch condition for years to come. Then, we proceeded to identify the contents of many unlabeled DVD’s and CD’s. Yeah, we’re both “those people” who never label their media and then have to sift through a stack one by one to find a particular program.

Now I’m watching the Rockets go for their seventh straight win against the Chicago Bulls. We really should have this game in the bag, along with tomorrow’s against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Definitely a good sign heading into the playoff stretch. But if Rick Adelman continues NOT to play Dikembe Mutombo, aka Mount Mutombo, aka the second-greatest-shot-blocker-in-NBA-history… I’m going to be rather upset.
