Today was my first exam in medical school. Wow. And it’s finally over! Here’s how the exam was broken down for you curious Internet goers.
I’ve ventured beyond the realm of sanity and experienced what studying excessive amounts of biological information can do to an individual. With the block 1 exam only two days away, I’m wrapping up my review and realizing that I’ve become an even nerdier nerd. Here are some reasons why I think my perception of reality […]
One of the great things about commuting from home is having the same studying environment I’ve had for years. Though I tend to be a student who rarely puts forth a genuine effort to study, with the end-of-block exam approaching, I needed to find a new venue which would force me to focus. The year […]
I’ve finished installing Mac OS X Snow Leopard on my MacBook and Hackintosh workstation, and it’s obvious that Apple has come through with their promise of increased performance. The next iteration of Apple’s revolutionary operating system, OS X, comes out this Friday – “Snow Leopard” version 10.6. For $29, I decided to go ahead and purchase the OS last night from the Apple Store, so it’ll be at my door at some point on Friday and give me something to do this weekend.
I ordered my stethoscope from Stethoscopes.com on July 6th, and it finally got delivered this evening. I now have my first official “doctor tool.” I’m just a bit discouraged that I won’t be using it for over a month.
The students at UT Southwestern did an incredible job putting together this parody.
