Oh Thanksgiving, how you continue to fascinate me. Like we Americans, with our ever-so-prevalent obesity epidemic, need an entire day to indulge in over-eating. 😀 That being said, it’s a nice time to reflect on how thankful I am for my family, friends, and patients. Now it’s time for Thanksgiving football with some chicken tikka masala (the “brown” Thanksgiving”). Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!
