After using my iMac Pro’s Magic Mouse 2 for roughly six months, I’ve really found the ease of multi-touch gestures across the top of the mouse to be helpful; however, the click is annoying! Compared to other mice I’ve used, this thing sounds much louder. Tap-to-click is not natively an option for this device, so I now use BetterTouchTool to achieve this.
With this utility, I essentially expand the gesture options for the Magic Mouse 2 (not to mention a plethora of other Apple peripherals) to map a single left and single right tap to left and right clicks, respectively. 🙂
