There is a mistake in your worksheet. Specificity has NOTHING to do with NPV and Sensitivity has NOTHING to do with PPV. They are unrelated. Please correct that for others.
Sorry you wrote “High Spec = high PPV and High Sens = High NPV” That’s still wrong since sens and spec do no say anything about what the denominator of NPV and PPV will be.
