My Brain MRI

As part of a Baylor Med neuroscience study assessing the relationship between empathy and memory, I got paid $35 to answer some questions and receive a brain MRI this afternoon. I exported the sequence of images (192 in total) as a video.

Here are some other images:

Coronal view

In spite of having looked at countless brain MRIs, looking at my own is totally different. I’m just glad it didn’t show… well… hollow space. ;-)

haha cool. Man that must be nuts to see your own MRI. But hey even if there was hollow space, just think of it as room to grow, eh?
