A few months ago, I was browsing Amazon.com for a new pair of headphones to make my work commute more enjoyable. I’ve always been a fan of behind-the-neck and over-the-ear headphones since they’re less intrusive, and personally, more comfortable. I’m no audiophile, so price was my biggest concern.
Then I came across the Kinivo BTH240 bluetooth stereo headphones with nearly 2,500 *mostly* positive reviews at a $25 price tag. Too good to be true? It had to be. Nevertheless, I took a chance on its battery life, range, performance, and overall durability. The headphones are holding up just fine with daily use over four months later. 🙂
I was thoroughly impressed with the sound quality for that price point! I’m able to walk around my apartment while leaving my HTC One on its charger without any interference in bluetooth streaming. The physical buttons work well with my music apps (PowerAMP, Google Music, Pandora), and I’ve never had issues with the battery running low after typical usage. They’ve held up during strenuous workouts and long study sessions alike!
If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to augment your mobile music experience, I definitely recommend these headphones!
