Packing For ASA Annual Meeting 2016!

Tomorrow morning, I’ll be flying out to the American Society of Anesthesiologists Annual Meeting 2016 in Chicago! Over 15,000 anesthesia professionals from roughly 100 countries will be learning skills, promoting new techniques and gadgets, and presenting research, lectures, and clinical cases regarding our field.

It’s the first time I’ll be attending a national conference, so I’m pretty excited to see what’s on the horizon for anesthesiology and to (hopefully) meet many people I’ve only networked with over social media thus far.

This will also be my first time in Chicago, so I’m hoping to check out Millennium Park, Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), downtown, Chicago-style pizza, and other Chicago-isms. 馃槈

I’ll be tweeting my experiences (hashtagged #anes16) over the next several days. Stay tuned! 馃檪
