Finished With ABA Applied Exam

Well, it’s finally over! I just landed back in Boston after spending the morning taking the standardized oral examination (SOE) and objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) at the testing center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Over the last two weeks, I’ve been on a hiatus from blogging and creating educational content to get some “lockdown studying” done for this exam. I’m eager to get back to this! Overall, I think the exam went very well! I’ll find out in roughly two weeks if I’m a board-certified anesthesiologist. 🙂

I am sure you would have done exceptionally well. This is Kalyan about to sit for my exams and would love to chat with you if you have a minute. I do know you must be busy or taking a break after your exams but will be grateful for a chat.

    • This wasn’t like a normal, written exam. The oral boards are about having an organized discussion regarding preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of different patients. That being said, I felt like time was not an issue. Thank you for your support! 🙂
