What a return to the clinical scene! Although my upper-level resident is switching, I’ve gotten to know the two MS2s and two interns I’ll be working with for the next four weeks. I couldn’t be happier with this group!
I actually didn’t forget as much as I originally thought – we have two lungs, two eyes, and two kidneys. Tomorrow, I’ll remember what they actually do! 😉 In all seriousness, there are certain aspects of patient care which are akin to riding a bike: “once you learn, you don’t forget.”
And in true gunner fashion, I’m bringing my team kolaches and donuts tomorrow morning… you know… to spur a conversation about metabolic syndrome and diabetes. 😉 Here’s hoping the rest of the month goes smoothly!
