This afternoon before heading in to my call shift, I replaced the cracked moulding trim on my car’s windshield. $40 genuine OEM part off of Amazon + 15 minutes of labor = simple fix.
I removed the old moulding with a flathead screwdriver and cleaned the residual adhesive goop off with a Magic Eraser before replacing the trim. Here are some pictures:

Isn’t it amazing how simple and fun automobile things can be once you get your hands in there! There’s time I miss my autocollition class, even though I can’t remember how to do half the things I did back than ?. And you just gotta love autozone and specially amazon for great part deals…and YouTube for a quick tutorial!!!
