Beta Software

I won’t install beta software on primary devices. I won’t install beta software on primary devices. I won’t install beta software on primary devices. I won’t install beta software on primary devices.

Each summer when Apple releases developer previews for its operating systems (MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and tvOS), I naturally have to let the nerd in me run wild and install it on my production devices. The months following the initial install are met with incompatibility issues, unforeseen glitches, and a myriad of other problems… which is kind of the point of a developer PREVIEW.

This morning, I reverted my MacBook Pro from MacOS Catalina to MacOS Mojave. The thing feels like a new notebook all of a sudden!

So yes, I WILL NOT INSTALL BETA SOFTWARE (on primary devices)… anymore… until I do… because I can’t help myself. Ugh!
