I’ve had a pair of American Society of Echocardiography posters hanging next to my desk for the last few years. Although I’m a huge echo nerd, they took up valuable space beside my productivity workstation. It was time for a change!
Pegboards are nice because they are easy to customize and relatively inexpensive. I can quickly rearrange items to fit my needs, add accessories to the board, and gain more storage space for things I routinely use.
I purchased a 30 x 22″ black SKÅDIS pegboard from Ikea in addition to white shelves, containers, elastic cords, clips, hooks, etc. Furthermore, I added a Nanoleaf Essentials light strip to the back of the panel for some bias lighting.
