Looking back at 2016, I hit several milestones as an anesthesiology resident. I was selected as a chief resident, matched to an incredible institution to begin my fellowship journey in summer 2017, and visited Chicago for the first time to attend my first ASA national meeting. Overall, 2016 was a pretty amazing year filled with new friendships, learning opportunities, maturation as a physician, and of course a few momentary setbacks. 🙂
In 2015, I wrote 94 posts (19,075 words) and received 130 comments. In 2016, I increased this to 124 posts (27,592 words) and received 170 comments. I have 2,292 Twitter followers and 1,225 Instagram followers. For 2017, I hope to write more than 150 posts and continue to engage my audience! 🙂
